1. What is copywright? 
    Copyright is the rights you get for your works and things you put on the web. You have the right to say if people can use your illustrations, photographs, or certain things you may have wrote or posted on the web.
2. What about "work made for hire"?
    The creator of the work is most likely going to be the "author" of the work itself. So this person automatically becomes the owner of this copywright.
3. What happens if the work is not made for hire?
    if you do not sign the paperwork only you tourslef own your own copywright and one else.
4. When should a client own your copy write?
    You should only want your client to own your copywrite when you pretty much do not want it anymore. because then your client has all rights to the copywright and you have no say in the matter what so ever.
5. What is copyright infringement?
    This is when a person releases information of your copyright with out the owners permission. Which is a pretty bad thing to do.
6. Who is liable for infringement?
    
Anyone that was involved in the distribution of the copywright is held liable for this and will be fined a certain amount of money.
7. What about fair use?
    
There are several ways that fair use that could come into play. There are very few ways that a person that can get fair use and not get charged with copyright infringement.
8. Why should you register your copyrights?
    
You should register your copyrights because it is under U.S. law that you register your copyright before you can enforce
